Elaine Curry Sinead Burley
Elaine began practising yoga over 16 yrs ago to help with some health & postural issues. She initially trained as a radiographer has a postgraduate diploma in medical science and is currently studying for a Masters in Human nutrition.

Elaine is trained in complementary therapies and  yoga and completed her first yoga teacher training in 2010.  Elaine also runs Calm confident Kids, a baby & children’s yoga instructor training company. She has worked with many, schools, councils, community groups & sports teams.

She is passionate that all yoga teachers should have a good knowledge of anatomy & how this affects physical postures and energy flow.

Elaine is known for teaching all types of classes from sports teams to chair yoga and parent & baby yoga. She loves being able to adapt yoga to suit all.

Sinead is a full-time yoga teacher, practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is a qualified Adult Yoga Teacher; Level 1&2 in  Yoga Therapy, Pregnancy and Kids yoga & Yoga for Special Needs children.

Sinead teaches yoga to all age groups from 3 – 90 years.  She is employed by Strabane and Derry City Council to teach in the main sports centres in Derry and teaches in North Star Well-Being Centre in Eglinton.  Sinead also runs her own business “Yoga for Kids” and is involved i-service  training for teachers. She has 20 years’ experience as a school teacher and also has a degree and 2 post-graduate degrees, these include a Masters Degree in Philosophy. Sinead is interested in all aspects of yoga and tries to live according to the 8 limbs of yoga. She would love to share her yoga knowledge with you and guide you along the next step of your journey.
